Remodel & Renew
Updating your bathroom not only adds recoupable value to your home but it also improves your quality of life. A bathroom remodel is an opportunity to have a safe and healthy space that lends pleasure to your daily routines. Most construction and remodeling projects start as a result of a household reaching a stage in life that triggers the need to do "something" about housing. This job represents a very big investment on your part. We truly want this to be an enjoyable and successful experience for you.
---BATHROOMS----
From A Dated White 6x6...This South Charlotte residence is in an upscale neighborhood but the homeowners felt as though their bathroom was needing an updated design. The client never used the large garden tub, while the white tiled shower was used constantly and was showing mold.

Transformed with a new layout & finishes!Once the tub was removed the plumbing was moved and the old shower was sheetrocked over. This gave the bathroom a large walk in shower with recess niches and bench!
The diagonal herringbone wood-look tile warmed up the floors but without the fuss of having real hardwoods in a wet environment.
The tile used for the shower looks like a natural stone is actually a porcelain tile (maintenance free!). Although this photo was taken before the job was complete, the transformation is truly amazing! |
BEFORE:This master bath remodel took place in a South Charlotte home. Take note of the wall that was taken out, the taller vanities, plumbing fixtures and lighting! The same porcelain tile was carried throughout the space to create a consistent elegant ascetic. What a difference!
